A figure of light walks in, stretches, sits and meditates, and the old traditions unfold in turn: the Taoist microcosmic orbit circles up his back and down his front over a turning yin-yang; with each chakra the Vedic Om pulses out as a cymatic wave; Kundalini climbs the spine along Ida and Pingala until the thousand-petalled lotus opens at the crown; and as he rises the ground turns to water, the Hermetic as above, so below.
